The moment Alan steps into the arrival hall, WaWa sees him — and runs straight into a hug. “Welcome to Hong Kong. That flight must’ve been exhausting.” “My friend, I’m so happy to see you again. I’m okay… though jet lag will probably catch me tonight 😂” “No worries. Rest well first. Then I’ll show you around — and introduce you to the friends I’ve made here.” Meeting is fate. Reunion is gratitude. But this joyful reunion may carry more than warmth — perhaps a small surprise, waiting just around the corner.

Special Series② “Alan’s Visit” | Ep.2 Somewhere else in the story, Caesar stands quietly at a Japanese culture and conservation event. Dressed in a traditional haori, a small yellow fan resting in his hands, he moves gently— like a young noble who wandered out of an old painting. He was simply… too cute. Cute enough for a camera to pause. A photographer captured the moment and placed the photo on display, meant only to celebrate culture and beauty. Caesar passed by, saw himself on the wall, and laughed: “Oh, someone took my picture! I should’ve raised my fan a little higher.” The photographer meant no harm. But the viewer might. The fact is, that snow leopards are endangered. That’s why his father named him “Caesar” —so at first glance, people see a great man like a tiger, not what he truly is. LuLu, WaWa and Nami understand this too. They know that being discovered can sometimes mean … danger. And these unnoticed photos, quietly displayed, may have already caught the wrong eyes. The threat is inching closer, unnoticed.

Special Series② “Alan’s Visit” | Ep.3 Friday night. The restaurant isn’t open yet, but the kitchen lights are already warm. This is how WaWa welcomes Alan—not with speeches, but with a meal cooked by hand. Alan smiles, “Well, since we’re already here, why don’t we cook together?” Therefore, two chefs slip back into their uniforms,standing side by side at the counter—an unplanned, four-hand collaboration. “Sushi,” Alan says softly, “is about the rice—and the hands behind it.” WaWa nods, “In Japan, sushi shows how far a chef has walked. Some spend a lifetime just learning how to cook rice well.” From the side, LuLu watches quietly. No words. Just two focused silhouettes that somehow feel… comforting. 🙈 Nami is on the way. Special Series② “Alan’s Visit” | Ep.4 It was supposed to be an ordinary Saturday. A familiar road. A simple plan—to visit Caesar. The night before, No reply, No appearance from Caesar. WaWa told himself the explanation: “He must be busy again. Conservation work never waits.” Then the car slowed down beside them. For a second, everything stopped. Behind cold metal bars was a face he knew too well. Caesar, trapped. Tears falling quietly, as if even breathing had become heavy. Before anyone could move, the car sped away—leaving only noise, distance, and a moment that refused to fade. “Caesar… that was Caesar… Why was he locked in a cage!?” WaWa shouted his name into the street—"Caesar!" 🚨 In that moment, the threat has emerged. Waiting is no longer an option.

Special Series② “Alan’s Visit” | Ep.5 Back to the hotel Alan stay in Hong Kong. The door closed softly, and suddenly the room felt smaller than it should. Outside, the city carried on as usual. Inside, worry filled every corner. Knowing what has just happened, LuLu and Nami couldn’t hold back their tears. WaWa didn’t cry. He chose to believe. He calmly laid out every detail, every date, every clue to Alan—as if holding the last fragile thread of hope together. Alan listened in silence. WaWa mentioned that on 6Aug, at Caesar’s invitation, he had once introduced the Little Little Island to a wildlife conservation group—a discreet meeting, attended by people who clearly carried weight. In that moment, it all became clear to Alan. The group Caesar had been supporting was no ordinary organization, but a mysterious international conservation body operating beyond borders. “Perhaps,” Alan said softly, “they can help.” Without hesitation, he reached into the network he had built over the years. The call has been connected finally. Alan’s expression darkened, his voice tightening. “What? Suspect that criminals saw the leaked photos of Caesar and set their sights on him—on his magnificent fur, and even… his bones, often used as substitutes for tiger bone in illicit medicine.” Before the words fully settled, tears were already streaming down LuLu’s and Nami’s faces—fear and heartbreak spilling over together. Alan took a steady breath, his voice low but resolute. “Please,” he said, “you must help him.”

Special Series② “Alan’s Visit” | Ep.6 Inside a forgotten industrial building in Hong Kong, the lights are dim, and the silence feels heavier than fear. Inside a metal cage, Caesar curls into himself, tears falling quietly. Not because of pain— but because he begins to believe this might truly be the end. Then, a massive shadow emerges. A black sea lion, carved with a fish-shaped tattoo, a wooden fish clenched between his teeth, a club resting in his hand. Every step feels final. The cage door opens. The black sea lion says only one thing, cold and steady: “Time to go. Follow me!” At this moment, Caesar presses his paws together, as if saying goodbye to his own life. Unfinished dreams. Unspoken wishes. And the faces he can’t forget— Mom, Dad, WaWa, LuLu, Nami...... If this is truly the end, will even memories be taken away?

Special Series② “Alan’s Visit” | Ep.7 At night, in the hotel room where Alan stay. When the door finally opened, everything we had been holding in… fell silent. Caesar ran in with tears still in his eyes. No one asked what happened. LuLu, WaWa and Nami simply pulled him into a tight embrace. Some hugs exist because we were afraid of losing you. Some tears fall because you finally made it back. Outside the room, the tall, dark figure had already disappeared. WaWa felt it —a strange familiarity, too fleeting to grasp, yet impossible to ignore. Caesar whispered that he once thought that night was the end. A black sea lion, a wooden staff, the soft sound of a wooden fish — step by step, guiding him out of the darkness. “It's over. That’s all that matters😭” WaWa said. “It’s okay now. The conservation group will take care of the rest,” Alan added. Today, while LuLu and WaWa are busy at the restaurant, Caesar volunteers himself, wanting to say thank you in the most sincere way he knows. So he takes Alan to Yung Shue Wan. Not for excitement, but for stillness. For waves that move at their own pace, and a place where time feels kind. At the Tin Hau Temple, incense drifts quietly. On the beach, the sea speaks in gentle repetitions. Caesar pauses and says softly, “I wanted to thank you… properly this time.” Alan smiles, calm yet caring: “Be careful next time. There are many who worry about you.” Caesar lifted his head and looked at him. In that moment, he told himself— One day, I will become someone others can lean on. Alan’s journey in Hong Kong is coming to an end, yet the kindness and help he gave to WaWa, LuLu, and their friends have been carefully tucked away in their hearts—quietly accompanying them for a lifetime.

Special Series② “Alan’s Visit” | Ep.9 When you think of Hong Kong, you think of Victoria Harbour. And if you’ve been here but never seen it at night, it’s like finishing a meal without the main course—you’re full, but somehow… something is missing. Tomorrow, Alan flies back to France. Tonight, LuLu, WaWa, and their friends take him to Tsim Sha Tsui for a farewell dinner, then wander along the harbour, letting the city say goodbye in its own way. The lights shimmer on the water. The city slows down, just for a moment. WaWa smiles and says, “Let’s take a photo together.” When the shutter clicks, it’s not the skyline they want to remember—it’s "US", standing here, together. “I’m really happy we met again,” WaWa says softly. “Let’s promise to stay healthy… and meet again next time.” Some photos aren’t meant to hold the past. Special Series② “Alan’s Visit” | Final Ep. In the quiet hours before dawn, Alan walks along a path many Hongkongers like and know well—the airport walkway. However, his feelings were different from most Hong Kongers’. He wasn’t setting off on a trip—he was preparing to go home, and to say goodbye to his holiday. Alan had dozed off on the plane. When he woke, lunch was about to be served. On the surface, Alan’s life seems different from WaWa, LuLu, and Caesar’s. The hotel he stays in. The business class he takes. The problems he handles. The way he mobilised his fox's network, found the mysterious conservation group, and brought Caesar back from danger. It all feels like another world. But among true friends, those differences never mattered. Alan never shows off who he is or where he stands. He chooses his words carefully, so everyone feels at ease. And when his friends are in trouble, he steps forward—without hesitation. On the plane, he opens his diary and says: “Watching WaWa and Caesar embrace… I realised how much I admired that bond.” In truth, for LuLu and Caesar, it was no different. Without realizing it, they had all come to hold the friendship with him gently and close to their hearts. Some say that friendships, like food, come with an expiration date. Yet some bonds remain— quietly staying with one another, until the very end of life.
